Hola!

Zumba, die lateinamerikanische Mischung aus Fitness- und Tanzbewegungen bekommt zwei neue Termine: Mittwochs ab dem 03. November um 18:30 Uhr im TOR 28 und ab dem 07. November Sonntags um 17:15 Uhr im Tanzstudio Nett and Friends in Ehrenfeld.

Der Kurs ist für alle Level offen, der Einstieg auch nach Kursbeginn jederzeit möglich. Duschen sind im TOR 28 vorhanden. Zu Beginn kostet ein Kurs 19 € pro Monat.

Wenn ihr Lust auf ein intensives, effektives und vor allem ein sehr viel Spaß machendes Fitnessprogramm habt, würde ich mich freuen, wenn ihr dabei seit!
